About Us
NJM Design Studio is a full-service architecture and interior design studio creating refined, modern spaces with a strong sense of identity.
Our work is rooted in thoughtful planning, timeless design, and attention to detail. We believe a beautiful space should do more than look good—it should feel intentional, function effortlessly, and reflect the people or brands it was designed for.
From residential interiors to commercial, medical, hospitality, and retail spaces, NJM Design Studio approaches every project with a balance of creativity, functionality, and sophistication. Clean lines, warm materials, rich textures, and carefully selected finishes come together to create environments that feel elevated without feeling overdesigned.
Every project is unique, and our goal is always the same: to transform an idea into a space that feels distinctive, cohesive, and unforgettable.
We are problem solvers and creative thinkers who love collaborating with clients, builders, and makers who share our passion for thoughtful architecture.
NOUR MAKKIEH
Nour is the founder and creative force behind NJM Design Studio, bringing together her background in architecture, interior design, and a deep appreciation for art, culture, and beautiful spaces.
Having traveled extensively, Nour has been exposed to a wide range of cultures, architectural styles, materials, and design traditions. These experiences have shaped her perspective and taught her to see design beyond trends—finding inspiration in the way different places tell their stories through color, texture, craftsmanship, and architecture.
Her aesthetic is modern, refined, warm, and thoughtfully layered. Nour is drawn to clean lines, rich materials, striking contrasts, and details that give a space its own personality.
With both a creative and architectural approach, she believes the most memorable interiors are not simply beautiful—they create a feeling. Through NJM Design Studio, Nour transforms each client’s vision into a space that feels intentional, distinctive, and uniquely their own.
